What kind of Group Discounts are available?
We have a team designated to exactly this: partnering with hotels around the world to bring you the best available rates and discounts for large group bookings. We also work off of a scaling method, so the more rooms you add to a trip the more savings you will receive.
I'm splitting the payment, why has my card been pre-authorized?
We pre-authorize the full amount for the reservation at the time of booking to guarantee the rooms with the hotel for non-refundable bookings. This amount is only held for 48 hours, giving your friends a window to complete their payments. Any remaining amount is charged to your card after this time.
Note that for refundable bookings, payments will be processed 5 days before check-in.
Invite friends - my friends haven't received the link.
If your friends have still not received an invite link, go to your "My Trips" section and under guests you will be able to resend the invite link via SMS.
My friend can no longer go. How can I remove a friend on a trip?
It happens! To modify please contact customer support and we can assist. We appreciate your patience as we work on bringing this feature directly to the app.
Can I add my friend's email address instead of their phone number?
You will need to add their phone number in order for them to receive an SMS prompt, however once they have accepted the invitation, they will have the option to input their email address to retrieve the booking receipt.
I have an emergency and am unable to go.
