How do I search for a hotel?
The Launchtrip App will pull results for the hotels that are nearest to the event or to the city center depending on your search. You can use the custom filters to select your preferred date range, the number of adults attending, the number of rooms you will need, and your preferred hotel quality.
What if there are no hotel options for the event selected?
We have partnered with a world class global distribution system to bring you the most relevant hotels for each city. If no results show up, then unfortunately the inventory may be low for the number of guests you have requested. We would suggest altering your search criteria by selecting different dates, star ratings, or number of rooms.
Hotel could not find my reservation.
Oh no! This should never happen. If it does, please contact Customer Support ASAP via our chat bot and we will get this worked out for you as soon as possible. Please have your confirmation number handy.
I need to add another room to my booking.
Please reach out to Customer Support and we will see what we can do for you.
I never received my booking details via email.
Whoops! Please login to your Launchtrip App and go to Settings > My Trips and select the trip you wish to receive the booking details for. You can then resend your trip itinerary to your email by selecting the “Email Itinerary” button.
Do I use the confirmation number to check-in?
You can use your Primary ID to check into your hotel. The confirmation number acts as a billing number to ensure the payment is processed seamlessly and your booking stays intact.
I can no longer attend a trip. How do I cancel my booking?
Please reach out to customer service to cancel or modify your booking. For any individual bookings we follow the cancellation policy set out by the hotel. All group bookings are non-refundable at this time, but do reach out to chat!
