How do I sign in?
You only need to enter your phone number, and then you’ll receive a 6 digit code via SMS. Input the code, and then select “Verify”. In case you didn’t receive the code after a while, you can send another one by selecting “Resend code”.
I’m unable to verify my number.
First, if you are using phone verification, double check that you entered the correct area code.
Alternatively, you can click the “Recover Account” button if your number is still not registering. If you are still having problems, please reach out to Customer Support. We’re here to help!
I have a new number. How do I recover my account?
If you have a new number and need to recover your account, please open up the Launchtrip App and select “Recover Account”. This will prompt you to input your email address to receive a verification link via email. From there, the app will direct you to a page where you can update your account information with your new phone number.
My phone number is already in use.
If the app says that your phone number is already in use but you never signed up before, please contact us and we’ll help you with creating an account.
I did not receive the verification link.
Please select the “Resend Code” link under the “Verify” button. If you are still experiencing problems after trying that, please reach out to Customer Support and we will help you out.
I would like to delete my account.
We're sorry to see you go! Please note that deleting your account also removes any information about previous bookings from our system, including hotels, events, and restaurants. If you wish to proceed with deleting your account, please contact our customer support and we would be happy to assist you.
After your account is deleted, you have a 30-day window to recover the account and keep the information you had before it is permanently deleted from our system. If it’s past the 30 days and you want to have an account again, you’ll have a fresh start.
